A very important reason for visiting the City of London is to see its
wonderful churches, often hidden away in alleys and lanes. Our
professionally qualified City Guides are trained to give visitors an
insight into the City's glorious heritage of fine churches. Many were
designed by the great architect, Sir Christopher Wren, but thankfully
some still remain from before the Great Fire of London.

The City church walks will also include views of some of the great
financial institutions, such as the Bank of England, Lloyd's of
London, the Baltic Exchange and the home of the Lord Mayor of the
City of London, Mansion House. The City is also internationally
renowned for an increasing number of distinguished modern buildings
and the walks will include some of these, not least the Gherkin
(Swiss Re Building).

Do please take up this special opportunity of a walk to hear and see
these old and new treasures.
