Ringing World National Youth Contest – results
On Saturday, 6th July 2013 sixteen teams descended on York to take part in the Ringing World National Youth Contest. St Lawrence’s Church provided a perfect venue for the Contest with bands producing some excellent ringing on the bells. The winners of the gold medals for the Call Changes category, and also the winners of the Whitechapel Trophy for the best overall performance, were Team 16: Bedfordshire. The winners, for the second consecutive year, of the gold medals for the Method category were Team 9: The G. & B.
